Colon Hydrotherapy

Our professional caring board certified I-ACT therapist will provide the highest level of personal treatment using the most technologically advanced sanitary and comfortable system in the world. During your session you release water, waste, bacteria, microbes, mucus, debris, undigested food/pills and gas. You will be able to view your releases during the session in a view tube. Some individuals experience some cramping similar to a bowel movement sensation. Many people find the sessions enjoyable and relaxing and report feeling cleaner and lighter.  Some may experience more discomfort than others who are in general good health due to possible illness or toxins.

You will be covered at all times for privacy and warmth. Nur’ish offers unique optional items included during your session such as, heating pads, back cushions support & other enhancements to make your session as pleasant as possible. Your therapist will discuss the options during your first appointment.  Allow 1-2 hours for appointment depending on your needs. NEW Clients must schedule 2 Sessions. These 2 sessions must be scheduled 2-days in a row & a 3rd session is recommended within the same week for maximum benefit of therapy. Even physicians & colon hydrotherapy pros must schedule the required 2 sessions. Please trust our expertise and years of experience. This is for your best interest.

You will insert the sterile, disposable rectal nozzle inside your rectum. The nozzle is about the diameter of a pencil and curved to fit naturally inside your rectum. Approximately 2” inches inside your rectum and you should not feel the nozzle in place. There should be no pain during the session. Water that is UV sterilized and Carbon Filtered, is gently infused into the colon. The colon receives water and when you feel the need the colon will contract and start to release waste, water and debris out and around the nozzle. The fecal matter and body waste is released into the table basin and out through a viewing tube you will see on the side with a mirror and a low light.

Your bum should always remain in place on the table base; this is to avoid any unnecessary mess. The nozzle remains in place in your rectum during the session and when you release your waste will exit around the nozzle and down the drain basin. You are able to move your legs and sit up if you feel more comfortable, just remember to keep your bum in place on the table. The nozzle will not come out until you end the session. The only time your bum moves on the table is at the beginning when you insert the nozzle and at the end when you slide back off the nozzle at the end of your session.

A natural rhythm of water in and released out occurs during your session many times. The Colon Care System works with your body and its own natural elimination system. This process takes place for an average of 45-90 minutes, we give personal attention to colon needs and discuss timing with each individual as needed. Some people need less time and some need more. We allow plenty of time for each person to meet their intestinal cleansing needs. Your best interests are our top priority. (Please allow ample time for your appointment) You will get the therapist’s undivided attention.

When your session is finished you will drain for 5-15 min depending on your anatomy. In privacy you will gently come off the nozzle and spend a few minutes making sure you have completely drained & eliminated the colon. You will then rinse off with sprayer hose & dress. Aftercare is discussed with your therapist in a beautiful garden with your choice of refreshment after session.
